Phylogenetic Tree of 50 Medicinal Plants in Shandong Province, China

Medicinal plants are a valuable resource for variety of products which important human needs. The fundamental step in the process has always been characterization species. This is reason connects phytopharmaceutical sciences with taxonomy and species identification. DNA-based method identification revolutionized this field taking to molecular level. 50 medicinal were selected. Two nucleotide sequences each collected plant selected 100 downloaded from NCBI database. MEGA11 Software was used analyze those sequences, then Maximum Likelihood tree reconstructed reveal genetic relationship plants. phylogenetic showed that majority can be clustered on same branch their network.
